2. Subject matter of the contract

This agreement sets out the terms of the services provided by the Service Provider to the Service Recipient, such as social media management, strategizing, content design and publication, and the obligations of the parties.

3. Scope of Service

• Management of social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Creating and implementing a monthly content calendar
• Design, copywriting and publishing services
• Analysis and reporting services

4. Duration and Entry into Force

7. Privacy

The parties undertake to keep confidential all information and documents obtained under the contract. The confidentiality commitment continues after the contract is terminated.

8. Termination of the Contract

The parties agree that the agreement may be unilaterally terminated in the following cases:

• Failure of the Service Recipient to fulfill its payment obligations.
• Failure of the Service Provider to fulfill the promised services.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this agreement are based on the principle that the parties resolve them primarily through conciliation. In cases where settlement cannot be reached, the [City] Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.

10. Additional Provisions

• The parties declare that they have read, understood and accepted all the articles in the contract.
